Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider
We primarily use J&T Express as our main courier partner. Depending on availability or delivery area, we may also engage trusted courier partners such as Ninja Van or DHL eCommerce to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all addresses within Malaysia only (West Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • West Malaysia (Semenanjung): 2 – 5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 3 – 7 working days

Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Semenanjung Malaysia: RM8

  • Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: RM10

  • Free Shipping:

    • Orders above RM100 (Semenanjung Malaysia)

    • Orders above RM120 (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)

  • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to HI STYLE.

  • Our customer service will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate during checkout.

  • HI STYLE will not be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

  • HI STYLE is not liable for any parcel loss or damage during delivery caused by courier service.

  • For any delivery issues, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Pickup Option

  • Self-pickup is not available. All orders will be shipped directly to the customer’s address.
