Hi Style offers from basic garments to more fashionable items for both sexes at bargain prices. It houses two brands: Hi Style and Fave. Hi Style offers a taste of trendy yet stylish menswear products from top to bottom, as well as fashionable jeans wear for young people. Fave is the brand of caters to the interest and needs of young girls. It has every latest styles that keep them look chic.
Founded in 2007 by brothers, Pwa Chong Chin and Pwa Chong Tiong have grown by leaps and bounds. Hi Style presently employs more than 240 staff nationwide and the company’s brands are available in 30 concept boutiques across Malaysia and 2 boutique at Singapore, the number of stores still constantly growing throughout the new opening and exciting shopping complex. 1. Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser
Job description :
Understand and work towards achieving/maintaining brand’s concept, objectives and goals;
Understand customers’ profile and buying behavior;
To identify new/potential items;
Perform Brand’s monthly planning including colors, looks, styling, and coordination;
Plan in details the complete designs according to the direction given by the Head of Creative;
Control the overall design and purchase in within the given direction and budget;
Ensure the planned merchandise for the month are all in the desired balance of trend and basic in terms of the items and the contract price point of the merchandise is kept in accordance to the market and customers’ requirement to ensure the brand market competitiveness;
Responsible for any impromptu injection items;
Monitor the overall detailing done by the Merchandisers/ Assistant Merchandiser to ensure it is according to the direction and within budget limit;
To meet all deadlines at various stages of the planning in order to pair with the month launching dates, domestically and overseas;
To be able to coach and motivate the team in achieving brand’s objective/goals.
Diploma / Degree in fashion design or other related field;
Preferably with at least 3 years experience in fashion or similar retail industry;
Good planning and organisational skills, able to work in a fast pace environment;
Creative with analytical skills.
Good stress and time management.

2. Senior HR & Admin Executive
Job description :
Manage employee relations and staff welfare / recreational issues.
To build morale & inculcate positive culture and attributes among employees.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.
Create a platform to encourage two way communications between staff and management, implement good practices to foster a productive, efficient and engaged work environment.
Establish good rapport and team spirit among all levels of employees.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development.
Indicate relevant experience or training required in employee relation and Employee Learning and Development.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, ability to work under tight timeline and pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, determination, result and customer orientated.
Computer literate and able to communicate well with people of different levels.
3. Junior Marketing Executive
Job description :
Assist in developing marketing materials: leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.
Assisting and supporting the marketing teams on promotion and marketing activities.
Updating and maintaining marketing’s documentation and databases.
Monitor market trends and competitor directions.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing and Fashion or equivalent.
Goal-getter and highly motivated in achieving concrete results effectively.
Preferable at least 2 years (s) of working experience in Fashion Industry .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant and well organized and have high integrity.
Good business acumen, self-driven individual and hands on person.
Ability to think strategically to make a real difference.
